The "fluid" Worldwide Meditation is programmed for Wednesdays and Sundays and its aim is to cover as many meditation hours as possible while uniting together in Collective Consciousness. Countries are given their own unique time and these times link together to form a continuous worldwide meditation clock.
(Daylight Saving Time will be applied wherever possible)
Where it is not possible for you to take part in your own Country's unique time, using this "fluid" meditation enables you to join in at any time of the day in the knowledge that you will be linking up with other like-minded people to promote world harmony between Man and Nature. However, if you are able to take part in your own Country's unique time you will be helping to establish a continuous "fluid"meditation throughout the world each Wednesday and Sunday.
Below is a short Table giving suggested times for meditation per Country in order to form a continuous "flowing" meditation throughout each Wednesday and Sunday.
Please refer to this page again if your Country is not shown while the Table continues to be created.
Please write to Panetta Healing by using the Contacts Page if you wish your Country to be added to our Table or would like to make alterations to the time given for your own Country.

Man tends to frequently see "power" in terms of size - e.g. the more materially you have the wealthier you are.
The larger your house - the more successful you are.
Well, if we work with that thinking for a moment - just look at the difference in size between Diane
standing at the base of the tree and the tree itself....
This ancient tree has so much history and wisdom to share with us if we are only prepared to listen to it.
Without our forests Man cannot survive

Not sure how to meditate?
Think in the now - not the future - otherwise it will stay in the future....... Think from your heart because it is your Love Centre .... Imagine the walls of Ego between mankind dissolving to reflect the free-flow of unity in the Universe. If you prefer to CHANT try using the Chant given on this page.
Try to spend a few minutes clearing your Mind of negative thoughts before commencing our worldwide meditations - true universal Love is unconditional, working for the Good of the Whole without Ego attachment
EARTHING YOUR MEDITATION:
While its great to meditate for our Planet's wellbeing its also great to express our love in a practical way. Perhaps also plant some seeds today, clear the plastics away from your local Forest or beach, feed the wild birds, clear the debris from a river - and watch Mother Earth smile her gratitude to you in return!
A Steer called Ice
Diane of Australia (see photo above of Diane with the giant tree in New Zealand) is also an Animal Communicator and recently sent this wonderful article to Panetta Healing after having had a conversation with a Steer called Ice.
Diane: I asked Ice if i could share with Panetta Healing what he had to say to me - he said "yes".
Ice:" I sit a lot and chew as i like to think".
"I think about the connection i have with Mother Earth and how it makes me feel so safe and secure and loved. I see the beauty in nature all around me from the smallest flower to the tallest tree. Life is beautiful".
"You humans need to stop and learn to appreciate nature and animals more - we have plenty to teach you - you just need to take the time to learn".
"Nothing is more important than Nature".
"When I lie down I can feel the beat of Mother Earth's heart coming through the ground into me. It is blessed".
Diane: I then asked Steer "are you well"?
Ice: "I am very well. i have no need for illness. I am here this time to experience the divine love of S and her family and to relax and let my Soul shine therefore helping them on their journey".

We can respond as nerves in an organism.

WATER : EARTH'S LIFE BLOOD
Panetta Healing encourages us all to take an active interest in environmental issues and use meditation techniques to access the "internal world of Nature".
Sharon Faville (USA) has kindly given permission to publish this wonderful meditation on water. She was meditating on the flow of water and its relationship to the Earth and all who live on Earth.....
"I am cool and endlessly busy as I flow easily through the terrain. I take the path of least resistance flowing around obstacles and cutting new paths in the land. I am strong I can erode lose earth and add it to my path.
I will slip though your fingers if you try to pick me up. I am cool in my deepest parts and warmer near my surface. All manner of life abound within me .... fish.....turtles.....frogs......snakes.....bugs and plants and much else. I am the Earth's circulatory system. I send nutrients to the Earth, moisture to the clouds, solace for the sad, and adventure to the brave. I am ever beautiful, seductive and dangerous. Play with me but be mindful I am deep and cold. Enjoy all the games that humans play on my waters but be safe when you play.
I am the Earth's life blood. There can be no life without me. There can be no balance or harmony without me. Be smart and keep me protected and pristine.
If i die ....you die. If I live....you live.....blessed be.
